Tractor Tracking

Fill out this log before and after using the tractor/equipment.

Inspect the tractor/equipment before use for damage, leaks, warning lights, broken parts, tire issues, or unsafe conditions.

Write down any existing damage or issue before operating and report it to a supervisor.

If any damage, warning light, breakdown, leak, accident, near miss, injury, or unsafe condition happens during use, stop when safe and report it immediately.

Photos are mandatory for any reported issue.

If you do not have a smartphone, complete the paper log and notify a supervisor, foreman, mechanic, or manager so photos can be taken.

Do not continue using damaged or unsafe equipment unless a supervisor or mechanic gives approval.

Tractor/equipment must be returned to its Home Ranch at the end of each day unless Victor or Alex approves otherwise.

Failure to complete this log, report damage or incidents, or return equipment as required may result in disciplinary action.
